PHOENIX SIDING was established in 1990 and for over 30 years have been providing Central Vancouver Island with quality exterior installations. The goal of our company is to offer our clients the opportunity to improve their home on budget. We install vinyl siding, hardie plank, cedar siding, metal cladding, soffit, windows, gutter and leafguard . Phoenix Siding services both the renovation and new construction markets in both commercial and residential areas on Central Vancouver Island. Phoenix Siding will always provide a positive, professional experience for our clients. We take pride in the quality of our staff and the quality of our work.

Mark LaBonte founded Phoenix Siding in 1990. Mark oversees all aspect of the company, from installations, installers, clients and day to day operations. Mark has extensive knowledge in the construction industry with over 35 years of related experience. Marks attention to detail and business experience is what has contributed to the success of the company.

Blake LaBonte has been with Phoenix Siding since 2006 after graduating with a B.A. from Vancouver Island University. Blake is a partner in the company with his father and manages all aspects of the company. Blake will meet with clients, do home evaluations, send the right crews to the job and oversees all aspects of the job. He is always there to answer any questions clients may have.

Mary LaBonte is the office manager and has been involved with the company since the beginning. She has extensive knowledge in accounting, and office management and ensures all the accounts run seamlessly.

Blake at Phoenix Siding was a joy to work with – we had many questions about siding choices, many shifts in design direction, and were generally presenting ourselves as clients needing extra attention! Blake took it all in stride, and then set us up to work with one of his installers who was one of the nicest tradesman we have met in years. The installer was with us for close to three weeks; he had full access to the property, rarely had a need for our attention and was able to transform our little square box into something quite spectacular. Phoenix Siding did a major renovation to the exterior of our house, including insulation, siding, aluminium cladding of exposed wooden surfaces, and replacement of some windows. Our house is more than 100 years old and tall. It was quite a job. Blake and Mark provided good advice and lots of information before and during the project. Blake was always responsive to questions. They arranged for follow up work when it was required. The on site installers were friendly, polite and quiet (except when using power tools of course!). Phoenix stuck to the quoted price and got approval for any extra work that was done when a few unexpected things were discovered. And we are very happy with the results!
